SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Do you have a background in sales support/ sales administration with a passion for customer services? 

Guaranteed Irish is hiring a Sales Administrator for their head office.

The role is based in Dublin 2.

The ideal candidate will work as part of a small team reporting to the Head of Sales, working on customer accounts to maintain and grow the business. This opportunity is rare and would suit a number of candidates who fit some or all of the criteria below:

  1. previous experience within a sales support role/ telesales and who enjoys working in a busy customer services environment and/or

  2. ideally suited to a recent graduate ( with 1-2 years experience) who wants to gain invaluable experience in a busy but lean office and has the desire to learn every aspect of business and/ or

  3.  may suit someone who wishes to join a young dynamic team who ‘want to make a difference’ , be at the forefront of digital sales and business development and/or

  4. are a self starter and are motivated by results

  5. Performance and sales will be measured within this role, and the ideal candidate will be extremely results driven and will have a proven track record.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Building relationships with new and existing customers
Develop a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities and feed into our CRM system
Respond efficiently and professionally to all inbound and outbound sales campaigns.
Manage all sales through the CRM system and ensure accurate records are kept up to date.
Achieve monthly targets

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

A passion for excellent customer service
Experience in CRM
Sales focused and target driven
A positive and motivated can-do attitude and an interest in learning new skills
Excellent communication skills and a winning way with other members of the team
Proficient with Microsoft office and a thorough understanding of the benefits of Guaranteed Irish membership
Be Digital nativePrevious sales admin/support experience
Fluency in English

TELESALES EXECUTIVE 

Do you have a background in telesales with a passion for customer services? Guaranteed Irish is hiring Telesales Agents for their Dublin and regional markets.

The roles are based in Dublin 2.

Do you have a background in telesales with a passion for customer services? The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Sales on customer accounts to maintain and grow the business. This opportunity would suit someone who has previous experience within a telesales role and who enjoys working in a customer services environment. Performance and sales will be measured within this role, and the ideal candidate will be extremely results driven and will have a proven track record of sales.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

Contacting new and existing customers by pro-actively making telesales calls
Up selling the company’s services range
Develop a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities and feed into our CRM system
Respond efficiently and professionally to all inbound and outbound sales campaigns.
Manage all sales through the CRM system and ensure accurate records are kept up to date.
Achieve relevant sales targets on an ongoing basis
Be Digital native

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

Previous sales experience and a passion for customer services
Extremely sales focused and target driven
A positive and motivated can-do attitude with excellent communication skills
Proficient with computer systems and a thorough understanding of the technology products on offer.
Fluency in English

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for bright, hard working and ambitious sales orientated individual who is digital savvy to join our Business Development team. For the right candidate this could be a life changing move, allowing your career go from strength to strength.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager for a career in Business Development within the Marketing Industry.

We are a nationwide company with head office is based in Dublin 2.

You will grow into a successful Business Development and Relationship manager within representing Guaranteed Irish at a National level.

This role will include the following responsibilities:

Grow, develop and expand the membership to Guaranteed Irish
Develop and strengthen long term business partnerships
Identify and Develop new business opportunities
Delivering on set KPI’s, growth objectives and brand objectives in each sector channel as agree
Work within a CRM system (Zoho)

Desirable candidates ideally have:

Must have experience in selling services
Ability to work with our CRM system ( Zoho)
A bright and positive outlook with a “can do” attitude
Highly self-motivated with good time and task management skills
Minimum 6 years experience in similar role advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven track record of excelling in something in your personal, work or professional life
Strong English communication skills required
Excellent phone skills
Own vehicle an advantage
