CEL’s Rob Lyons brings a wealth of experience to the Appraisals Board at Guaranteed Irish.
Tuesday September 17th, 2019: Guaranteed Irish, the business membership network championing 600+ homegrown and indigenous businesses in Ireland, has appointed Certification Europe’s Rob Lyons to its Appraisals Board.
The organisation is proud to welcome Sutton-native Rob Lyons, Senior Sales & Marketing Manager at Certification Europe Ltd. (CEL) to its Appraisals Board. Rob grew up in Sutton and went to School in St Paul’s College in Raheny. He is heavily involved with Suttonians Rugby Club, where his two children have also played, in addition to Sutton Golf Club, where he is a well-known member.
Rob has a passion for creating customer value with over 25 years of experience in driving business development within multinationals, SMEs and the public sector. Through his role at CEL, Rob has built and maintained a wide range of client relationships across a diverse portfolio of over 100 public and private sector organisations. His client base includes An Garda Síochána, South Dublin County Council, United Laboratories, Abbvie, Mallinckrodt, Facebook and PWC. Robert also has a sophisticated understanding of building cross-functional teams and is an advocate of personal development and training within such teams.
Rob Lyons joins Caroline Geoghegan of CG Consulting and Jason Crawford Partner at Grant Thornton on the Appraisals Board at Guaranteed Irish. The Board review all applications made by businesses for the Guaranteed Irish licence, and the use of the Guaranteed Irish symbol. Applications are reviewed monthly and assessed to provide evidence of delivering quality Irish jobs, supporting local communities and a commitment to Irish provenance.
