Before starting the application form, ensure you have the following ready:

Current Business Information: This includes the number of employees in Ireland, annual turnover, and your CRO number.
Staff Contact Details: Provide contact information for 2-3 team members who will be activating the membership. In addition to the Owner/Managing Director, we recommend including a Guaranteed Irish Advocate and a marketing lead.
Supporting Documents (optional but recommended): For each question, we ask if you can submit additional documents to confirm the claim. For example, a confirmation letter from your financial auditor verifying that at least 50% of your product or service originates in Ireland.

Important: The person completing the form should be familiar with your company's latest strategy and have the authority to accept and sign the application. By preparing these details in advance, you can ensure a smooth and successful submission. Missing or incomplete information may result in further clarification or queries on your application.

The Guaranteed Irish Board reserves the right to determine membership eligibility at its sole discretion. Ethics: Guaranteed Irish reserves the right to deny membership (use of trademark licence) should the applicant not align with the values and beliefs of the organisation at any time.

(c) Community

To be awarded the Guaranteed Irish licence you are required to showcase how your business contributes to the community. This contribution should benefit others and not your own business.

Community Engagement Guidelines

Before proceeding, please review the eligible examples of community engagement approved by the Guaranteed Irish Board of Appraisals:

CSR & Local Community Projects: Investments in sports, education, housing, public spaces, tidy towns, etc.
Donations: Contributions to local groups, charities, or events
Sponsorships: Support for local groups, charities, or events
Fundraising: Efforts for local groups, projects, or charities
Knowledge Sharing: Activities such as work experience or mentoring

Membership of Guaranteed Irish CLG and use of the Guaranteed Irish symbol is applicable only to the company named on the Guaranteed Irish Licence Certificate. Other related businesses and third parties must apply separately.
Members are obliged to inform a Guaranteed Irish representative should their circumstances change as re-application may be required. Guaranteed Irish CLG reserves the right to independently audit its members. Members are required to update their profile every three years.

By submitting this application form, I declare that all of the information provided as part of this application is true and accurate. I further confirm that if my company is granted the right to use the Guaranteed Irish CLG licence, that we will be bound, in all aspects to:
і) the terms of any licence granted to us in connection with our licence;
іі) the terms and conditions of licence to Guaranteed Irish CLG;
ііі) will pay the licence fee as required within 30 days of invoice date. Failure to commence payment within 30 days will result on the licence being revoked. A new application will then be required to be submitted to join Guaranteed Irish. The licence fee may be reviewed annually and adjusted in line with inflation; and
iv) should I wish to cease membership with Guaranteed Irish I will provide 6 months’ notice in writing (see paragraph 8 on licence agreement document).
The final decision of licence rests with the Board of Directors of Guaranteed Irish CLG.

The licence will commence on the first day of the month following successful appraisal by the Board.

Marketing:
We will use your contact information to contact you with newsletters, events invitation, as well as PR and marketing opportunities for your business. You may at any time contact Guaranteed Irish or select the ‘unsubscribe’ option on any communication sent to you to opt out of further communications. The use of negative communication about Guaranteed Irish across social media platforms is not permitted and will result in licence being revoked.
